Terms and Conditions — Megablock Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Megablock ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the gaming and betting services available at megablock.ws. By accessing or using any part of the Megablock platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Megablock reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of Megablock after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, your remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Megablock Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Megablock.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Megablock, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Megablock does not permit access to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are using your own identity. Registering on behalf of another person or using false identification details is strictly prohibited.
• You are acting as an individual, not as a representative of a company, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You do not already hold an active Megablock account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You are not a current or former employee of Megablock or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• Your use of Megablock is for personal entertainment and not for professional advantage, arbitrage, or any form of systematic financial exploitation of the platform.

Megablock reserves the right to request documentation verifying your eligibility at any time. This includes but is not limited to government-issued identification (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Security

When you register an account on Megablock, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Megablock account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Megablock support immediately via live chat at support@megablock.ws.

Megablock will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified Megablock of a security breach promptly and we have confirmed the account has been secured.

• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Megablock account to any other person.
• Each individual may hold only one active account at any time. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts beyond the first may be suspended and balances reviewed.
• Megablock uses secure encrypted connections for all account and transaction data. You should ensure you are accessing megablock.ws through a secure, private internet connection.

4 Deposits and Payments

Megablock accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions on the Megablock platform are conducted in PKR. No currency conversion is required or applied.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for most accounts, though Megablock may apply limits at its discretion for compliance or security reasons. All deposits must come from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your Megablock wallet within 15 minutes of completing the transaction on your payment app, please contact Megablock support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit before confirming the status of the first.

Megablock reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion, particularly where there are concerns about the source of funds or the identity of the depositing party. In such cases, funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance (excluding any locked bonus funds) at any time from the Cashier section of your Megablock account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Megablock does not charge withdrawal fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. Megablock does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods not registered in your name. If the payment method used for deposit is no longer available, you must contact support to arrange an alternative, which will require identity verification.

Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals via IBFT and bank transfer may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Megablock processes withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times outside our control (banking systems, payment provider delays) may add to the overall timeline.

• Withdrawals may be subject to a manual review if the transaction is flagged by our compliance system. In such cases, we may request identity documents before releasing the funds.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed before the portion of your balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• If you made a deposit that was not wagered at all before requesting a withdrawal, Megablock reserves the right to deduct any payment processing costs incurred.
• Megablock may impose a withdrawal limit per transaction or per day on certain account tiers. Your account tier limit is displayed in the Cashier section.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Megablock offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion in the Promotions section.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on Megablock are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) that must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period; uncompleted requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Game contribution: Not all games on Megablock contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games and slots typically contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino games may contribute 10–20%. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% on bets with odds of 1.50 or greater. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per payment method, and per IP address.
• Megablock reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically extract value from bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other techniques constitutes a breach of these Terms. Megablock reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account in such cases.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately. Megablock reserves the right to correct erroneous credits.
• Free bets are credited to your account as a specific free bet token, not as withdrawable cash. Winnings from a free bet are credited as real money, subject to any stated wagering requirements.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Megablock are operated according to the rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you accept the rules of that game as displayed. In the event of any discrepancy between a game interface and these Terms, the specific game rules apply to game-specific matters and these Terms apply to all account, payment, and platform matters.

The minimum bet across most Megablock games is Rs 20. Maximum bets vary by game and account tier. Your account's applicable limits are displayed in the game interface before placing a bet.

Crash games on Megablock — including Aviator — use a provably fair cryptographic system. The crash point for each round is determined by a hash function before the betting phase begins and cannot be altered after the round starts. The verification tool for any historical round is accessible within the game interface. By playing crash games on Megablock, you acknowledge and accept this verification mechanism as the authoritative determination of game outcomes.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on Megablock are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you confirm your bet. The final accepted odds are those displayed on the confirmation screen.

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body for that sport and competition. Settlement typically occurs within minutes of the official result being confirmed.

• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, postponed without being rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, or if the market is otherwise declared void by Megablock. A voided leg in an accumulator is removed and the acca recalculated on remaining legs.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted based on the live odds at the moment of confirmation. Megablock does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets throughout a match and reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time.
• Cash-out: The cash-out option is available on qualifying bets where displayed. The cash-out value is calculated dynamically and the amount offered at the time of confirmation is final. Megablock may suspend cash-out availability during periods of high market volatility.
• Palpable errors: Where an odds error is obvious and palpable (for example, correct score odds of 1.02 for an unlikely result), Megablock reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has settled.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout per single bet settlement event on Megablock is Rs 50,00,000 (Rs 50 lakh) unless otherwise stated for specific events. Accumulator payouts are subject to the same ceiling.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Megablock and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing a second account while your primary account is active or suspended.
• Using false, borrowed, or stolen identity documents in connection with your Megablock account.
• Using payment methods belonging to another person without their verifiable consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Megablock platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Using Megablock to launder money or process funds from unlawful sources. Megablock maintains anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant Pakistani authorities.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, bonus hunting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers that goes beyond normal player behaviour.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or infrastructure of the Megablock platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Megablock staff or other players through any channel.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Megablock reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance on the account may be withheld pending an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting Megablock support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any available real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

11 Responsible Gaming

Megablock is committed to responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide the following tools to help players maintain healthy gaming habits, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour waiting period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Enable regular reminders during play that show your session duration and net position.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from Megablock for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is implemented immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Megablock platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of Megablock or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Megablock's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the platform for personal entertainment as set out in these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Megablock platform or its content without express written permission from Megablock.

13 Limitation of Liability

Megablock provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Megablock shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own error, including incorrect bet placement or failure to cash out in time.
• Any loss resulting from technical failures outside Megablock's direct control, including third-party payment provider outages, internet service interruptions, or device failures on your end.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Megablock platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party content accessible through or in connection with the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Megablock's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Privacy and Data

Megablock collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Megablock, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Megablock will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulators where required by law or necessary to provide the service. All such sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements and is described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Changes to These Terms

Megablock may update these Terms at any time. For material changes — changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — we will notify registered players by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory requirement, in which case it may take effect sooner.

For minor changes — clarifications, formatting updates, or corrections that do not affect the substance of the Terms — the updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and no separate notification will be sent.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change. Your continued use of Megablock after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your relationship with Megablock are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Megablock platform, we encourage you to contact Megablock support in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Megablock will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.
